14 Day return Exclusions

Requested special orders are not covered in the 14 day return policy. Items which are put on back order can not be returned from changing ones mind. Returns of faulty equipment or damaged in transit are not effected by this, please see under guarantees
Guarantees

The Australian Consumer Law recognises that the time period can vary by different products dependant on the nature of the goods/tools/equipment. If you believe the item you purchased is faulty you need to return the goods to Raptor Equipment to assess within a 14 day period from day of purchase for assessment.

Transport damages

Do not sign for the delivery if it seems your purchase is damaged. If damage is only recognised once unpacked, please contact Raptor Equipment promptly. If goods are damaged upon transit this needs to be proved by meeting the time frame of the goods been sent in and Raptor will pay for the return and replacement.

Incorrect item delivered

If your equipment/ tool arrives and it has been mispackaged, please contact right away info@raptorequipmentsales.com.au

Faulty equipment

Please contact Raptor Equipment promptly should your item be faulty once you receive it, we will then need to access in order to decide to replace or not. We are not liable for return postage charges, buyer to return item to 11 Kitchen Road, Dandenong South VIC 3175.

Change of mind

If you change your mind unfortunately this is not something we can fix, we cannot return or exchange due to changing your mind so please visit our website or showroom to be sure of your decision.

Reciept / invoice

A valid receipt or invoice is required still for any damaged or faulty goods.

Postage

Items will be dispatched the within 1 day of purchase. There is a flat rate of $99 Australia wide and international is gaged upon request so please call. Metro is 1-2 days, Hobart metro 3-4 days, regional areas 3-5 days and Remote areas 6-14 days.
